- Login to your account to perform a price lookup. Enter your userid and password. Your userid is the 7 digit userid given to you when you became a ConvaCare owner. It is the same userid that you use when you login to Medline.com. The default password is also your userid.
- You may change your password once you log in to your account. Click the Edit/Review Owner Profile link.
